Lakeland, FL – MIDFLORIDA Federal Credit Union is proud to welcome Susan Jones as the new Branch Manager of the South Sebring branch, located at 3863 US Hwy 98 S. She brings with her over 18 years of banking experience in the Highlands County area, solidifying her as a knowledgeable leader for her new branch.

Susan’s banking expertise is not her only strength; she is also an active leader in the community. She is currently serving as Chairperson of the Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce.

“We are very pleased to have found a manager who is so well-grounded in the community,” said Kathy Britt, MIDFLORIDA’s Chief Operations Officer.

Susan’s dedication to her community has also been recognized both in 2006 as the Chamber’s Director of the Year and in 2004 as Volunteer of the Year.

“I am proud and honored to be working with MIDFLORIDA,” said Susan Jones. “MIDFLORIDA has a lot to offer not only our consumer market, but our business community as well.”

Susan holds a degree in finance from Webber International University and also graduated from Florida Graduate Trust School at USF in Tampa. She currently serves as a board member and instructor for Junior Achievement, a commitment shared by MIDFLORIDA which organizes fundraisers each year for the program.
