A Secured Visa credit card can help you build or re-establish your credit. By backing the card with a secured savings account, you can qualify for limits of $500 to $2500 (equal to 90% of your deposit). Just use your card responsibly and, since the card is reported to three major credit bureaus, you’ll be able to improve your credit score in no time.

Inactive Fee: $5.00 will be charged to your account for any 90 day period that you do not use your card to make a purchase or cash advance.

Late Payment Fee: You will be charged a late fee of 5% (minimum of $10) of the late payment amount for each billing period in which your minimum payent is not received within 5 days after the Payment Due Date.
Cash Advance Fee:1% (minumum $10) may be charged for each cash advance, minumum cash advance amount $100.
Over-the-Credit-Limit Fee: If your balance exceeds your credit limit, a fee of 10% of the amount you are over limit (minimum $10) will apply.
Internation Transaction Fee: If a foreign transaction involves a currency conversion, a fee of 1% of the transaction will be assessed. If the foreign transaction does not involve a currency conversion, a fee of 0.8% of the transaction amount will be assessed.
Card Replacement Fee: You will be charged $10 to replace your card.
