"Enter your thoughts...and you're entered to win!" Amazon Echo Show Giveaway
MIDFLORIDA Credit Union will give away one Amazon Echo Show each quarter to a member who completes a customer survey.
How to enter
There are two ways to enter: (a) Open a new product with MIDFLORIDA, be the recipient of a survey invitation when you sign on to Online Banking, complete the online survey and click the “submit” button. Members may receive only one survey at a time. (b) On a postcard, handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number and age and mail with proper postage to MIDFLORIDA Amazon Echo Giveaway, PO Box 8008, Lakeland, FL 33802.
Start/End Dates
Each quarter of the promotion is a separate sweepstakes for an Amazon Echo Show. Entries from previous quarters are not carried forward. The date of your survey submission will determine which quarterly survey you are entered into. Sponsor may end quarterly giveaways at any time and without notice. Giveaway periods will be conducted as follows:

Eligibility
Participation is open only to members who live, work, worship or attend school in MIDFLORIDA’s service area.
Random Drawing/Odds
Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted on or about the fifth day of the month following the quarter end.
Prizes
One Amazon Echo Show will be awarded with each quarterly giveaway. Total retail value of prize is $129. Prize is non-transferable. In the case of unavailability of any prize, MIDFLORIDA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Notification
Potential winners will be notified by phone or U.S. mail using contact information currently on file with the credit union for the winning account holder, and will be required to sign and return a Prize Giveaway Agreement and Liability/Publicity Release within 10 business days of prize notification. At the time of prize delivery, winner may be asked to have his/her photo taken for advertising purposes. If winner does not confirm acceptance of prize within 10 days, a new winner will be selected.
Conditions
You must be at least 18 years or older to be eligible to win. You need not be present to win. No entry fee, payment or proof of purchase is required to enter. One entry per survey submission. If you are selected as a winner, you agree that your name, city, state and photo will be used without notice or additional compensation in MIDFLORIDA’s marketing materials promoting this sweepstakes, including newspaper ads and social media. Winner’s accounts must be in good standing. If winner’s accounts are not in good standing, the credit union may require the accounts to be brought into good standing prior to awarding the prize.
Additional Terms
- Credit union employees, officials, vendors and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
- Winnings will be reported to IRS and winners will be responsible for all applicable income taxes.
- All decisions of the credit union in regard to this promotion are final and binding. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the credit union from all liability in connection with the promotion or any prize won.
- MIDFLORIDA will not be held responsible for any technical or electronic error, malfunction or failure of any kind that may limit one’s ability to enter the sweepstakes.
