Janice English, Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager

Janice has a wealth of banking expertise, serving MIDFLORIDA’s members for 21 years and working at Peoples Bank of Lakeland for 13 years before that. Members who frequent the South Lakeland or Plant City branches might recognize Janice from the many years she spent at those locations before moving to Crystal Lake in October 2017.  Janice comments, "I love people and making the effort to get to know members so I can help them. My favorite thing about my job is being able to help people’s financial futures look better."

Betty Kenny, Assistant Branch Manager

Betty has been the Assistant Branch Manager of Crystal Lake for nearly three years and worked in MIDFLORIDA’s auditing department before that. She started her MIDFLORIDA career at the now-closed Lakeland Regional Medical Center location and also once served as Branch Manager at the Mall location. Betty has more than 36 years of banking experience and, prior to joining MIDFLORIDA, worked at Peoples Bank of Lakeland, Florida National Bank (now Wells Fargo), and Florida First Bank. Betty wants members and prospective members to know that "MIDFLORIDA cares about individuals and values our members. This is the best financial institution I have ever worked for."
