MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Opens Branch in Davenport
MIDFLORIDA has added another location to its growing branch family to expand its full-service reach in Davenport.
Davenport, FL - MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is pleased to announce the opening of its Davenport branch located at 300 Ambersweet Way, Davenport, FL. This location opened on April 18.
“In recent years, our Davenport location housed an ATM and lending operations. While we’ve continued to have significant ATM traffic, we have received countless requests from members in the area asking us to open a full service branch with face to face interaction. As we’ve seen the I-4 corridor between Lakeland and Orlando expand, we realized there was a service gap that we needed to close. This branch opening positions us to help meet the needs of all the exciting commercial, mortgage, and residential growth opportunities,” said Vanessa Hernandez, MIDFLORIDA’s Chief of Retail Delivery. “We’re quite happy to add our Davenport location to our family of branches in our Orlando market and offer an enhanced service experience that our members expect and deserve.”
As one of more than 60 branches throughout the state – with more to come in 2022 – this new 3,914 square foot Davenport branch features the Credit Union’s signature 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. extended drive-thru hours and full-service Saturday hours, plus face-to-face banking, instant-issue debit and credit cards, a drive-up ATM, three drive-thru lanes, and safe deposit boxes.
Grand Opening Celebration
The community is invited to meet their local branch staff at a Grand Opening celebration slated for Friday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees may enjoy free lunch and special prize giveaways including a family 4-pack of Disney tickets, a Nintendo Switch and gift cards to local businesses.
