Sometimes you just need a quick answer, especially when you’re on the go. Text Banking and Direct Touch (Phone) banking from MIDFLORIDA may be just what you need! Here’s how to get these convenient services, and what they can do for you.

Text Banking

“If you don’t want to log in to mobile banking, the answer you need is as easy as a text,” says Jennifer Stewart, AVP and Manager of MIDFLORIDA’s Help Desk. “Our members love the convenience of Text Banking, and it’s so easy to add your mobile phone number…even if you don’t have a smartphone!”

Here’s how: From the Profile tab in Online Banking, choose Manage Your Mobile Devices and Active Mobile Phone Numbers. Or, just call our Help Desk.

Once your number has been added, you’ll be able to do several things, like check your balance or view your last deposit, simply by texting a command to 64335 (MIDFL). View a list of commands.

Direct Touch (Phone) Banking

Signing up for Direct Touch Phone Banking is fast and easy. Just visit any branch, or call our Help Desk at (863) 688-3733 or toll free (866) 913-3733 to establish your PIN and get started.

Then, you can use Direct Touch for free, easy, and automated access to your accounts from any phone—in both English and Spanish. Not only can you check your balances, you can make loan payments, fund transfers, and more!

“One of the most common questions we get from members is why their PIN isn’t working with Direct Touch,” Jennifer explains. “This is because establishing your Direct Touch PIN is separate than the PIN you may have with any debit card(s) tied to your account. But all you have to do is give us a call and you’ll be set up in no time.”
