Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

We're here for you.

Updated: Tuesday, September 7

Check our Business Assistance page for updates on PPP loan forgiveness.

Everyone's health and safety is important

As concerns arise about the Coronavirus' continued spike in cases, we are doing all we can to assist with preventative care and limit the spread of the virus.  Your MIDFLORIDA team continues to closely monitor developments and CDC guidelines. For that reason, safety protocols in MIDFLORIDA branches will adjust accordingly.

Our staff has returned to wearing face coverings (masks, shields, and buffs that cover nose and mouth) inside of all MIDFLORIDA branches and facilities on August 3 regardless of vaccination status. Safety shields and hand sanitizer stations remain in place in our branches.

Members who are fully vaccinated will not be required to wear a mask. This will be based on the honor system and neither staff, nor members, will be required to disclose their vaccination status.

Branches currently accessible by drive-thru only (lobbies closed):

All branches are currently operating under normal business hours.

Serving you at our branches

As we continue to navigate this health crisis, please be aware that there is potential for staffing shortages and adjustments to branch hours and in-person accessibility. We are doing everything we can to remain open and available to serve your needs, including offering by apppointment only access for loan closings, safe deposit box entry and other case by case business. We will announce any branch hours changes or closures here.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we all continue to be mindful of this national health situation.
