Apple Pay

Can I put my credit or debit card on multiple devices?

Yes. Card(s) can be added on up to 10 devices. You’ll be notified when your card is added to each device.

Can I remove my card from my device?

Yes. Simply choose Remove Card within Wallet & Apple Pay. To temporarily suspend or permanently remove the ability to pay with your cards on your device, visit iCloud Settings or use the Find My iPhone app.  **Please note that if you suspend your token, you are the only one who will be authorized to reinstate it.

Do Apple Pay transactions count toward MIDFLORIDA rewards points?

Yes! You’re still using your MIDFLORIDA card, so you can watch those points add up.

How are refunds handled with an Apple Pay purchase?

If you need to make a return for a purchase made with Apple Pay, you may be asked to provide the cashier the last four digits of your Device Account Number, instead of the last few digits of your card number. To find the last four digits of your Device Account Number for each card, visit Wallet & Apple Pay.

How can I delete my card if my device is lost or stolen?

If you believe your device or Apple Pay card information has been lost, stolen or compromised in any way, call MIDFLORIDA immediately at (863) 688-3733 or toll free (866) 913-3733 to report it. You can also go to iCloud Settings or the Find My iPhone app to temporarily suspend or permanently remove the ability to make payments from your device (even if your device is offline).

How do I add my MIDFLORIDA debit or credit card(s) to Apple Pay?

Follow these steps: In your Settings, tap Wallet* & Apple Pay and select Add Credit or Debit Card. On iPhone, you can also open the Wallet app to add a card. Follow the on-screen prompts to add your card via photo or manual entry. (You can also choose to add the card you already have on file with iTunes®.) *Note: Passbook was renamed Wallet with the release of iOS9.

How many cards can I put on my device?

Apple allows up to eight cards per device.

What is a Device Account Number, and how is it different from my card number?

For your security, a Device Account Number, also referred to as a token, is created when you add your MIDFLORIDA card to Apple Pay. Your Device Account Number is separate and unique to your device, so merchants do not store your card number. Your account and card numbers are not stored on your phone and are not transmitted, so potential fraudsters are deterred from stealing your information.

Where can I use Apple Pay?

You can use Apple Pay to make payments in stores wherever contactless payments are accepted. Just look for the contactless and/or Apple Pay symbol at checkout.
