The Cash Back Mall (Rewards Mall) is a resource for you to monitor and redeem the rewards you've earned from using your MIDFLORIDA Visa Signature Card.1 With Cash Back Mall, you also have access to exclusive online and in-store offers from local, regional and international retailers when you activate their offer and pay with your MIDFLORIDA Visa Signature card.2

Request Your Cash Rewards

Visa Signature cash back rewards may be redeemed at any time through Free Online Banking or our mobile app. You may redeem all or a portion of your rewards earned to date or you may let them accumulate. 

Using our mobile app:

  • Select the “My Rewards” button from the quick links at the top of the screen.
  • Rewards may be redeemed as a deposit into your savings or checking account.
  • Deposit will post immediately.

Using Free Online Banking:

  • Login to Online Banking and select your credit card account (see Access Cash Back Mall below).
  • Rewards may be redeemed as a statement credit or as a deposit into your savings or checking account.
  • Rewards will post within 1 business day.

Access Cash Back Mall

  • Log in to Online Banking and click on your credit card account on the overview screen or under the rewards heading on the right side of your list of accounts.
  • Click Rewards or the Cash Back Mall logo and follow the prompts to redeem rewards, shop or view program Terms and Conditions.

Additional Cash Back Mall Benefits

You can earn extra cash rewards and shopping discounts when making purchases through the Cash Back Mall. Along with your cash back from MIDFLORIDA, you also receive the advertised cash back from the merchant offer you choose. 

 Merchant Offers

Make sure to read the offer details before you buy. Some offers may be available online only while others may be in-store only or both.  Some in-store offers may display an "Activate" button next to the offer. Simply click that button prior to shopping at that merchant to earn the advertised Cash Back. If no button or link is shown, simply use your MIDFLORIDA Visa Signature card to make your purchase in-store. For online offers, you will need to use the link to the merchant provided from the Mall to earn the Cash Back and pay with your MIDFLORIDA Visa Signature card to obtain any merchant rewards. Take note of the offer expiration date once you activate it as it will expire once that date has passed.

As of July 1, 2022, consumer Visa Signature cardholders will earn 2.0% cash back on net qualified purchases (purchases minus returns/credits) made on the credit card account. Qualified Purchases do not include: Balance Transfers, Cash Advances (including Convenience Checks), ATM Cash Disbursements, Money Transfers, Gaming Transactions, Tax Payments, Finance Charges, or Fees. The maximum cash back rewards per billing cycle are limited to $500. Cash back rewards offer may be canceled or changed at any time.
