No appointment is needed to visit a MIDFLORIDA branch and open a business account. However, if you would like to make one, you can contact a business banker at (863) 293-5196. 

The documents you need depend on your business type, but commonly include SS-4, EIN, business tax receipts, bylaws, operating agreements, and active certification with Sunbiz. To view the full list of everything you need, view our Required Documents page.

The minimum to opening deposit for Freedom Business Checking is $100.

Yes, the Freedom Business Checking account has a $15.00 monthly maintenance fee. 

Freedom Business Checking includes 200 free transactions per month. After that, there is a $0.15 fee per transaction. Debit card transactions are excluded from the transaction limit.

There is no fee for the first $20,000 in cash deposits each month. After that, a fee of 0.1% of the month’s total cash deposit amount applies.
