To request a check stop payment online, login to Online Banking, then select the account from the Overview or Accounts screen > Stop Payment. For a real-time stop payment, visit your local branch or call us toll free at (866) 913-3733.
Requests are processed Monday - Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. A $30.00 is applied to each stop payment order.
Cashier's checks are available to MIDFLORIDA members with a Checking or Savings account and may be issued in the lobby or as a drive-thru service for $5.00 per check. Visit a local MIDFLORIDA branch today. Fees for ordering checks may apply and will vary based on the quantity and type of checks ordered.
For fraud, lost cashier's checks, or to have a cashier's check payable to an account owner and mailed to the address on file, send a request in Online Banking through Secure Message or call us toll free at (866) 913-3733.
To view all checks written for an account, login to Online Banking, then select Statements > Check Images.
For checks deposited through Mobile Deposit, log into the MIDFLORIDA mobile app > tap the top left menu > Make a Deposit > View Deposit History > View Check.
For all other checks, please call us toll free at (866) 913-3733, send a secure message through Online Banking by selecting Messages in the top right menu, or visit a local branch.
