Have your insurance agent call our Insurance Service Center at (800) 653-8812.

Mail

Mail a copy of your policy to our Insurance Department at PO box 8008, Lakeland, FL 33802.

Visit a Branch

Drop off a copy of your insurance policy at any branch.
