Born in the Bronx, New York and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Joe moved to Orlando, Florida in 1994 and later earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He enjoys helping people achieve the American dream of homeownership and takes pride in guiding members through the mortgage process from beginning to end, especially those who aren’t sure where to start.

Joe began his lending career in 2003 with a bank in Vero Beach and has worked exclusively in mortgage lending ever since. His experience spans banks, mortgage brokerages, and now a credit union, giving him extensive knowledge across a wide range of programs. While he is well‑versed in many loan types, his specialty and favorite area of financing is construction‑to‑permanent lending, where he helps members build their dream homes with confidence.
