Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Kevin has always had a strong connection to the communities throughout Southwest Florida. He studied Business at Florida Southwestern State College, where he built the foundation for his career in lending. From early on, he discovered a passion for helping people achieve something many never thought possible—homeownership. Kevin genuinely enjoys the problem‑solving aspect of the mortgage process, finding creative solutions, and guiding members through important financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

With five years of experience in the mortgage industry, Kevin has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of loan products and borrower scenarios. While well‑versed in several mortgage types, his passion lies in construction loans. He is driven by the excitement and complexity of guiding borrowers through the ground‑up building process with confidence.
