Kidanny is a proud parent in a family of four and has called Central Florida home since 2006. He earned his B.A.S. in Business Supervision & Management from South Florida State College and his M.S.M. in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. As a longtime Highlands County resident, he is passionate about helping local families achieve homeownership. His purpose is to make the mortgage process feel understandable, empowering, and achievable for first‑time homebuyers who may feel overwhelmed by credit, income, or down‑payment concerns.

With 13 years of experience in banking, lending, and management, Kidanny brings both expertise and heart to his work. He specializes in FHA, VA, and first‑time homebuyer programs, offering clear communication, honest guidance, and steady support throughout the entire journey.
