Born and raised in Southington, Connecticut, Maria moved to Central Florida at sixteen and has called it home ever since. She graduated from Osceola High School and later earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. With a genuine passion for helping people achieve homeownership, she values the story and purpose behind every loan.

Maria brings over 27 years of credit union experience, including 20 years in management and the last 7 years focused on mortgage lending. She specializes in land loans, construction‑to‑permanent loans, jumbo construction‑to‑permanent loans, VA loans, FHA loans, and conventional loans. Her goal is to make every step of the process clear, comfortable, and exciting for her members.
