Nathan grew up moving frequently as part of a military family, with his father serving in the U.S. Air Force. After his father retired to Ocala in 1992, Nathan proudly made the area his home. He attended North Marion High School and later the College of Central Florida, where he majored in Business. He understands how intimidating the mortgage process can feel and is passionate about helping borrowers reach their homeownership goals while making the experience as stress‑free as possible.

With over 20 years in the banking industry—seven of those as a mortgage professional—Nathan brings strong expertise and a steady, supportive approach to every member. He specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as land loans and construction‑to‑permanent financing. His goal is to provide clear guidance and tailored solutions for every borrower’s unique situation.
