Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Wendy began her business studies at the MBTI Institute before moving to the United States over 20 years ago. She later continued her education in Springfield, Massachusetts, focusing on accounting. She is passionate about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership.

With more than 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Wendy brings deep expertise and a compassionate, member‑focused approach to every transaction. She is skilled in handling complex FHA and VA loans, first‑time homebuyer programs with down payment assistance, as well as lot and construction loans. Her goal is to provide clarity, support, and solutions tailored to each member’s unique needs.
