Born in Eureka, California and raised in Southwest Ohio, William studied Financial Management at Sinclair Community College and continued his education at the Ohio University School of Banking. He enjoys helping people achieve the dream of homeownership and finds great fulfillment in guiding members through such a meaningful milestone.

With a banking career that began in 1981, William brings decades of experience and a steady, member‑focused approach to mortgage lending. He has extensive expertise with VA, FHA, USDA, and first‑time homebuyer programs, offering clear guidance and dependable support to help members reach their homeownership goals.
