Please note that the following types of documents cannot be notarized:

• Handwritten documents/notes
• Quit Claim deeds
• Power of Attorney
• Will documents
• Trust documents
• Estate documents
• Guardianship documents
• Warranty deeds (unless for a MIDFLORIDA-related loan/transaction)

Medallion Signature Guarantee

Medallion Signature Guarantee services are offered to current members as follows:

• Up to $500,000 (all branches) – We recommend scheduling an appointment online to see a Member Service Representative and minimize any potential wait time. Please note in the instructions box “Medallion Signature Guarantee”.
• From $500,000.01 to $2,000,000 (select branches) – Please contact our Help Desk at 863-688-3733 for available locations.

Please note: A recent statement for the security document is required that includes the following information:

• Name of Security Owner(s)
• Title of Security
• Company Issuing Document
• Company Issue Date
• CUSIP Number
• Number of Shared Represented by the Certificate
• POA, if applicable
