The publicity in connection with this promotion and the awarding of the prize are valuable to Sponsor; therefore, persons who have been convicted of a felony, arrested for or charged with a felony, are the subject of a current felony investigation, or who have a reputation for immorality or dishonesty which would, in the opinion of Sponsor, adversely affect the reputation or public image of Sponsor, are not eligible to win. By entering, you consent to criminal, credit, and background checks and consumer reports to determine eligibility.

7. How to enter. There are two ways to enter this sweepstakes:

a. Use your MIDFLORIDA consumer or business Mastercard® debit or credit card for purchases, payments, pre-paid payments, cash advance, or balance transfer during the Entry Period. Each such transaction posted to your account during the Entry Period will be automatically entered with one entry. Transactions which post outside the Entry Period will not be entered, regardless of when the transaction was actually completed; the entry is not based on the date of the purchase or payment transaction. Transactions performed at an ATM, credit card account payments, fees, interest charges, returns, refunds or any other account credit will not be eligible for entry. Eligible transactions may be performed at any location within the United States. There is no limit to the number of entries per person using this method.

b. Submit a paper entry ticket. Entry tickets may be requested by mail by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to MIDFLORIDA Credit Union, Attn: Marketing Department, 129 S. Kentucky Ave., Suite 201, Lakeland, FL 33801. An entry ticket will be mailed to you for completion. Entry tickets must be mailed back to the Marketing Department and received during the Entry Period. Each mail request will receive one paper entry form. Paper entries must each be submitted by separately mailed envelopes. Photocopied entry tickets will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries. Sponsor may offer additional opportunities to submit paper entry tickets during various events promoted by Sponsor and occurring during the Entry Period.

8. Determination of Winner. Winners will be determined by random drawing. Drawing will be conducted electronically at Sponsor’s office, located at 129 S. Kentucky Ave., Lakeland, FL by 12:00 p.m. on November 2, 2026. If more than one card exists on an account, the winner will be determined by the card number and name on the card used to perform the winning transaction; if the winning transaction is associated with a card number linked to a business account, the prize will be awarded to the business entity. Persons who are authorized to use a debit or credit card, but are not an owner of the account, are not eligible to win. Sponsor will send notification to the winner by using contact information currently on file with Sponsor for the winning cardholder, or information submitted by mail-in entry ticket. Winner must claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days after notification is sent by submitting to Sponsor a properly completed “MIDFLORIDA Prize Claim and Publicity Release Form”, a W-9, a valid driver’s license for the winning individual or corporate representative, proof of automobile insurance in compliance with Florida law, and an agreement to appear at a prize ceremony. If a prize is unclaimed within seven (7) calendar days after notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. If the winner does not meet eligibility criteria, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, a substitute winner will be selected from among the remaining entries in accordance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner must fully comply with these Official Rules or will be disqualified. The winner’s accounts with Sponsor (if any) must be in good standing. If the winner’s accounts are not in good standing, Sponsor may require the accounts to be brought into good standing prior to awarding the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the identity and eligibility of the winner in its sole discretion in accordance with these rules.

9. You need not be present to win.

10. Prize. The prize is a 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Coupe 2D automobile. The total current value of the prize is approximately $96,500, but may be less at the time the prize is awarded. The Kelley Blue Book value at the time of award will be used for IRS reporting purposes. Winner will have the option to receive $50,000.00 cash USD in lieu of the vehicle prize. If you are not a member of the Credit Union or if the Credit Union elects instead to proceed under the terms of this paragraph, then this paragraph will apply. You agree to attempt to informally settle any disputes or causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prizes awarded. If informal attempts do not succeed, you agree that upon the election of either you or the Credit Union any claim or dispute or cause of action arising out of or connected with this promotion will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION administered by JAMS in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures, including Mass Arbitration Procedures and Guidelines, in effect on the date the arbitration claim is filed. As a result, you will GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under these Official Rules (EXCEPT for matters within SMALL CLAIMS COURT jurisdiction). o Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury. You understand and agree that YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

o Arbitration proceedings provide you a FAIR HEARING, but the arbitration procedures are SIMPLER AND MORE LIMITED THAN RULES APPLICABLE IN COURT.

o Arbitration decisions are as enforceable as any court order and are subject to VERY LIMITED REVIEW BY A COURT.

o ARBITRATORS can award the same REMEDIES including DAMAGES that a COURT can award.

o Any ARBITRATION under these Official Rules WILL BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. You understand and agree that YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS ACTION.

o The PLACE OF ARBITRATION shall be in the federal district WHERE YOU RESIDE.

o If You initiate a claim for arbitration, you understand that you will be required to pay an initial filing fee in accordance with the rules of the arbitration forum or neutral. However, we will pay any other filing, administration, and arbitrator fees as imposed by the arbitration forum. However, if the arbitrator determines that YOUR CLAIM IS FRIVOLOUS, UNWARRANTED, OR BROUGHT FOR AN IMPROPER PURPOSE (in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Section 11(b)) YOU WILL RETURN TO US ANY FILING, ADMINISTRATION, AND ARBITRATOR FEES WE PAID.
o Each party shall bear the fees or expense of their respective attorneys, experts, witnesses, and other expenses, regardless of who prevails, but a party may recover costs and expenses from another party if the arbitrator, applying applicable statutory law or contract terms, so determines.
