Odds of winning are increased when you make multiple transactions of $5 or more throughout any day of the promotion.
  4. Sponsor.  MIDFLORIDA Credit Union (the "Credit Union") is the sponsor. The Credit Union's address is 129 S. Kentucky Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801.

o   Any ARBITRATION under these Official Rules WILL BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. You understand and agree that YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS ACTION.
o   The PLACE OF ARBITRATION shall be in the federal district WHERE YOU RESIDE.
o   If You initiate a claim for arbitration, you understand that you will be required to pay an initial filing fee in accordance with the rules of the arbitration forum or neutral. However, we will pay any other filing, administration, and arbitrator fees as imposed by the arbitration forum. However, if the arbitrator determines that YOUR CLAIM IS FRIVOLOUS, UNWARRANTED, OR BROUGHT FOR AN IMPROPER PURPOSE (in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Section 11(b)) YOU WILL RETURN TO US ANY FILING, ADMINISTRATION, AND ARBITRATOR FEES WE PAID.
o    Each party shall bear the fees or expense of their respective attorneys, experts, witnesses, and other expenses, regardless of who prevails, but a party may recover costs and expenses from another party if the arbitrator, applying applicable statutory law or contract terms, so determines.
