A new and improved card experience is on its way! You'll receive your new debit Mastercard at the beginning of April - here's how to best prepare for when it arrives.

Your New Card Arrives April 1
Activate right away so it's ready to go! This new Mastercard replaces your current Visa debit card, which will no longer work after April 20, regardless of its expiration date.
Update Payment Info
Be sure to update your bills, subscriptions, mobile wallets, and anywhere else you have your debit card saved. Here is a helpful checklist!

Understanding Your New Mastercard
Your new Debit Mastercard will help us serve you better by providing you with added benefits you can use every day.
Card delivery times can vary, but you should receive your card by April 1. On April 1, simply:
- Call to activate and set a PIN
- Destroy your old card
If you haven't received your card by then, give us a call at (863) 688-3733 or toll-free at (866) 913-3733.
Call 888-439-1567 to activate and set a pin number for your new Debit Mastercard. This card replaces your current Visa debit card, which will no longer work after April 20.
Your Visa card will expire on April 20, 2026.
Yes, you can add your card to your mobile wallet beginning April 1 through the MIDFLORIDA app.
Yes, any recurring payments such as bills, subscriptions, and automated payments should be updated with your new card information. Your Visa card will expire on April 20, 2026.

No, you will have a new card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Please update any place you have your MIDFLORIDA debit card saved once you receive your new Mastercard.
Yes. For security purposes, you will need to choose a new PIN during activation by phone.
