Your new Debit Mastercard is here! Activate it today to enjoy added security and everyday benefits. Visa debit card will no longer work after April 20, so be sure to make the switch.

Call (888) 439-1567 to activate your new Debit Mastercard and set a PIN. For security, all cards will require a new PIN setup, and some merchants may require it.

Understanding Your New Mastercard

Your new Debit Mastercard will help us serve you better by providing you with added benefits you can use every day.

Card delivery times can vary, but you should receive your card by April 1. On April 1, simply:

  • Call to activate and set a PIN
  • Destroy your old card

If you haven't received your card by then, give us a call at (863) 688-3733 or toll-free at (866) 913-3733.

Call (888) 439-1567 to activate and set a PIN for your new Debit Mastercard. This card replaces your current Visa debit card, which will no longer work after April 20.

Your Visa card will expire on April 20, 2026. 

You can add your card to your mobile wallet beginning April 1 through the MIDFLORIDA app. Be sure to delete your Visa card.

Yes, any recurring payments such as bills, subscriptions, and automated payments should be updated with your new card information. Your Visa card will expire on April 20, 2026.

Credit cards are not changing in April. More information about credit cards will be coming soon.

No, you will have a new card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Please update any place you have your MIDFLORIDA debit card saved once you receive your new Mastercard.

Yes. For security purposes, you will need to choose a new PIN during activation by phone. Call (888) 439-1567 to set your PIN.

Yes. Each checking account with a Visa debit card linked to it will be reissued a new Debit Mastercard.

You can view which Visa card your new debit Mastercard is replacing under "Cards" in Online Banking or our mobile app. If you need help finding the Cards section, please use our tutorial video below or give us a call at (844) 868-2424.

Yes, Costco accepts Debit Mastercard. At Costco warehouses, Debit Mastercard purchases are completed using your PIN. When purchasing gas or shopping online with Costco, no PIN is required.
