We offer a user-friendly "Loan Payoff Request". By entering the loan account number and last four digits of the loan owner's Social Security number, you’ll receive a real-time payoff quote that includes any accrued interest and is valid for 10 days. After the 10 day period, your payoff amount will change due to accrued interest of the additional day.

Once your loan is paid in full, MIDFLORIDA will electronically release the title for your vehicle within fourteen business days. To retrieve a physical title, you'll need to visit your local Tax Collector's Office or Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Please note that each state may require different documentation for title transfers or lien placements, so be sure to check with your local agency. Approval on an auto loan can happen quickly, sometimes the same day, if you have all the necessary documentation, such as proof of income, credit information, proof of insurance and identification.

You can submit your insurance policy using any of the following methods: 

• Secure Message through Online Banking
• Have your insurance agent call our Insurance Service Center at (800) 653-8812
• Mail a copy of your policy to: MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Insurance Department, PO BOX 8008, Lakeland, FL 33802
• Drop off a copy of your insurance policy at any branch
• Submit online through our website

For Florida, information can be retrieved via the FLHSMV Motor Vehicle Check Search. If your vehicle is registered in another state, you will need to contact your state's DMV for more information.

Because requirements vary by state, you will need to visit your local motor vehicle agency to obtain the necessary title transfer documentation. Once you've completed the title transfer request, email it to [email protected] for processing.
