  • MIDFLORIDA Websites: If you use the MIDFLORIDA websites, we collect and store information on the domain used to access our website, the Internet address of the website from which a user links to the Credit Union’s website and the date and time of the visit to our website. This is to measure the number of visitors to our website and the route a user travels within our website to better serve members in improving design and site navigation.  We do not use this information to identify individuals.
  •  MIDFLORIDA Mobile Applications: If you choose to use a MIDFLORIDA mobile app, we may collect certain information from the app and your mobile device (“mobile app data”), including but not limited to geographic location information, unique device identifier information, and website data (as defined above).

We do not share or make available any personal information about your online activities as it pertains to your use of this Website or any third-party Websites.


We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who have a specific business purpose in utilizing your data. All sensitive transactions use strong data encryption, ensuring secure communications through all mobile service providers. Robust registration process is designed to prevent unauthorized access. Security measures block unauthorized access and protect your data, no matter how you access your accounts.  Transmission of online applications is encrypted using encryption software. 
MIDFLORIDA asks that you do not send confidential information to us via email. Email is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication is sensitive, or includes personal information such as Member numbers, credit card numbers, personal identification numbers, social security number, or date of birth, you should contact us through secure message within Online banking, by phone or in person.
