Check out these tips for making the most of your MIDFLORIDA checking account while you’re living away from your home branch.
Say cheese.
Did you know you can deposit a check using only your smart phone? Simply log into the app, scroll down and tap on “Mobile Deposit”, follow the prompts, and use your phone’s camera to submit pictures of the front and back side of your check. And that’s it—you didn’t even need to leave the dorm to deposit grandma’s birthday check! (Pro tip: Be sure to write “For mobile deposit only to MIDFLORIDA Credit Union” on the back of the check before submitting a photo!)
To the rescue.

Cash is king.
If you need cash in a pinch and don’t want to pay service fees at a different financial institution’s ATM, stop by any Publix. MIDFLORIDA members incur NO fees at the Presto! ATMs located at Publix stores. You probably already know where to find the nearest store (Pub subs, anyone?!), but you can also find a Publix near you on their website at https://www.publix.com/locations.
