Deposits & Electronic payments
All direct deposits and ACH transfers are processing as usual. Deposits made at a MIDFLORIDA ATM or night drop box at a location that is temporarily closed due to power-related issues will be processed as usual.

Other ways to access your account
There are many ways to access your money even when you can't visit a branch in person.
- Cash withdrawals - In addition to having ATMs throughout the state, MIDFLORIDA members get free transactions at all Publix Presto! ATMs.
- Online & Mobile Banking - Members can make payments and transfer funds quickly and easily within online banking.
- Mobile Deposit - Make your check deposit from anywhere using the mobile app.

If you have experienced a financial hardship from the impact of a natural disaster, we may be able to help with payment assistance options on your MIDFLORIDA loan or credit card.
Be wary of hurricane-related scams or messages to "authenticate" your account, either by phone, email, text messages or even social media. Remember—MIDFLORIDA will never contact you to ask for your personal account information. Never give out your account details, online banking login information, debit or credit card number or PIN, or any other personal information.
