Branch Applicants - After applying for a branch position, be prepared should one of our recruiters contact you to schedule a phone or in-person interview with one of of hiring managers. Scheduling emails are sent weekly, so check your email regularly. Also, make sure your voicemail box isn't full so a recruiter can leave a message if they make a follow-up call.
Back Office Applicants - After applying for Commercial Lending, Information Technology, Mortgage or any other back office position, be prepared should one of our recruiters contact you to schedule an interview. You may be asked to show work samples or complete a skills test, so make sure you have samples available and brush up on your technical skills.
