Online Banking & Mobile App
From one-time transfers to recurring transfers, you can move your money with just a few clicks. Sign up for Online Banking by calling the Help Desk at (863) 688-3733 or toll free (866) 913-3733 or visiting a branch.
Dial (863) 688-3733 or (866) 913-3733 and select 1 for Direct Touch, our automated phone service. When you call for the first time, you'll need your Social Security number and member number to sign up.
When you'd rather have a person handle your transfer and ensure it's handled appropriately and timely, call the Help Desk or visit any branch.
Transfer funds from other banks
When you need to move funds from between financial institutions, use Linked Accounts within Online Banking. Once established, Linked Accounts makes it easy for you to access funds at other financial institutions - eliminating the need for you to make trips to multiple banks.
Transfer funds to people
To pay people directly from your account without writing checks or hitting the ATM, use Pay-A-Person. It's free, easy to set up, and the perfect solution for sending someone money.
Transfer funds domestically or internationally
When you need to move a larger sum of money or you need to send funds outside of the country, a wire is often the best option. This service does carry a fee and requires that we speak with you prior to finalizing your transaction.
To initiate a wire, print the appropriate document below and make a copy of your driver's license, and fax both to (863) 616-2100. Then call the Accounting Department at (863) 616-2100 ext. 2000 to speak to a representative to complete the request
