On-Time Closing Guarantee

We know your time is valuable. So to show our commitment to closing your loan on time, we'll pay a $300 lender credit at closing if we cause delays within our control.

How to Qualify

Our closing guarantee applies to conventional purchase or construction loans. The 25-day period begins when we receive all required documentation and required upfront fees. Required documents include:

  • Purchase contract
  • Income documentation
  • Asset documentation, such as bank statements or tax returns
  • Signed initial disclosures
Notices & Disclosures
A $5 deposit is required for membership with MIDFLORIDA Credit Union and access to a mortgage. Equal Housing Opportunity. FHA, VA, and USDA loans do not qualify for a closing guarantee. $300 will show as a lender credit on the HUD settlement statement at closing. Loan must close to qualify. $300 lender credit may not be payable in the case where it would cause the sales concessions set by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to exceed limits.
